Scholarship Awards
The Order Sons of Italy Lodge #1191 is pleased to announce its 2010 Scholarship Awards Program.

The mission of the Order Sons of Italy 1191 Scholarship fund is to provide support to family members
of Italian ancestry needing financial assistance in completing their studies at an accredited college or
school that confers an academic degree or certification.  The ideal applicant will have demonstrated
superior academic achievement and leadership potential demonstrated through their volunteer work.
Special consideration is given to those individuals that have provided community service within the
Italian community.

The Order Sons of Italy #1191 2010 Scholarship fund may award $10,000 in amounts determined by
the Order Sons of Italy Cincinnati Lodge. Scholarships are open to any member, child, extended family
member or blended family member of an Order Sons of Italy member.  Applicants must be accepted and
enrolled in an accredited, sanctioned, certified, and recognized college or school as a full time student.
Applicants must submit with their application proof of full-time registration in the fall quarter or semester
of their college or school.

Please review the application and forward it to any of your family members who may qualify.
